I logged into FollowUp Personal CRM, but nothing happened. What should I do?

You want to make sure Third party cookies and site data are not being blocked by the browser. 

  • Open Chrome preferences click on Settings, then Show Advanced Settings. You can also type in chrome://settings to take you to the same spot. 

This should be your settings when you open them:

Then scroll all the way down and click Show Advanced Settings:

  • Under Privacy and security, click on Content Settings.
  • Click on Cookies: 

  • Make sure "Block third-party cookies" is not checked"


If you needed to uncheck this box - make sure you refresh your Gmail before attempting to log back in again.
