A personal CRM is designed to be just that - personal. When you open an email from someone who is not in your CRM yet, we give you an option to add them to your contacts. If they are in your contacts, their contact page shows up with all of their details.
What about emails you don't want to add, but still we need to get emails from? Like subscription emails, or billing emails?
You can now ignore these emails! Clicking the blue eye with a cross icon (pictured below) next to the purple plus button.
Ignoring emails, stops us from asking you if you want to this email to your contact list.
Need to un-ignore emails or find your list of ignored emails? You can find that when you log in to our web app.
